The salon runs on one rule: nobody sits down until we have agreed what we are making. A first appointment begins with a consultation — hair read dry and standing, skin read in daylight — and that consultation costs nothing, whether or not you book anything after it.

The carte behind it is deliberately long. More than two hundred treatments across hair, skin, nails and body, from a ₹60 thread to a full Kérastase ritual, because the right answer for one person is rarely the right answer for the next. Colour is mixed in the room, against the skin it is meant for — never matched to a swatch under a spotlight.

Nine services are complimentary and stay that way: the three consultations, a head massage, a back massage, a face massage, feet reflexology, a nail file. They are not an upsell. They are how we learn what you actually need.
